Want to be featured in a Rusted Root Music Video?!

Rusted Root is working on a music video for our new song Monkey Pants and wants to feature you showing us what the Monkey Pants Dance is.  Show off your dancing skills, and show us what you think Monkey Pants dancing should be!

Submit it to us by Saturday, October 6th 2012 and your video could be featured in the Monkey Pants Music Video!  We'll be selecting a few videos to use in the official video!  Read More for the details!

 VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

• Your video clip submission for Monkey Pants dance must NOT exceed 25 seconds and make sure the audio is audible in your clip so we can sync up your footage into the video.
• Video clip must NOT alter the song Monkey Pants in any way.
• Avoid violating copyright laws or using brand names. 
• By submitting your footage you are stating that it will not infringe on the rights of any other party and that you have permission from any person or person appearing in the video footage you submit.
• Your video must be original content. Do not submit footage that has been submitted elsewhere
• By submitting a video clip for consideration for Rusted Root video for Monkey Pants, you grant Rusted Root and Shanachie Entertainment a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your footage. 
• Children UNDER 18 YEARS must have their parents approval.
• Please upload your video clip via yousendit, or some other type of upload service and email the link to download it to:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

By submitting a video, entrant(s) grant to Touchy Pegg & Shanachie Entertainment, their affiliates and their licensees and assigns, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to copy, crop, edit, publish, display, distribute, sublicense or otherwise use their video, audio, likeness and image for the full term of copyright thereof, in connection with the publication or display of Sponsor's content, in all languages and all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, including without limitation on the Internet, on mobile platforms and/or devices. In addition, entrants grant to Touchy Pegg & Shanachie Entertainment, the royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use each of their names, likeness, biographical information, and/or any statements regarding the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrant(s) understand and acknowledge that they will not have any right of approval over the use of the Submissions and will not receive any compensation as a result of any use of the Submissions by Touchy Pegg & Shanachie Entertainment, their affiliates or their licensees and assigns. Entrant(s) also understand and agree that nothing in this agreement obligates sponsor to use their Submissions and/or names.
